Snowflakes - An anthology of 24 shorts to be released on 15th November.
Anthologies are often popular at this time of year - they make great presents. Well, that boutique, but well-respected publisher - Bridge House Publishing, http://bridgehousepublishing.co.uk/ - are launching this year's anthology in six days time entitled 'SNOWFLAKES' containing twenty-four stories by twenty-four different authors, so hopefully something for everyone.
I have a short story entitled, 'BETWEEN THE FLAKES' within it, but don't be put off by the title, it still packs a punch that crime fiction fans will hopefully love, but with a message of hope and redemption nonetheless.

I bumped into a guy in my local pub the other day, and he says 'Hey, I hear you write crime fiction'. So I gave the appropriate answer and he said that he is going to download the e-version of 'A New Menace' and give it a try. Me: well chuffed.
Two days later I bump into him in our local grocer's shop, and I ask if he's found time to start the book. He replies, 'Start it? I've finished it; couldn't put it down.'
As a writer of crime thrillers, is there anything nicer to hear?

'A New Menace' is a crime thriller receiving many 5-star reviews on Goodreads - see what their readers say:
'What a brilliant follow-up to his first book. I certainly hope Roger has more books in him. I savoured this one like a favourite meal, as I knew once it was finished, I would soon be wanting more. Keep them coming Roger. My appetite is insatiable.' Said Mrs Haslam.

Twentieth Consecutive 5-star Review - must be worth a read!
Blurb
Newly
retired from the Serious and Organised Crime Agency, John Burrows is shocked to
be called back by his old bosses for one last job. And not just any job – he’s
on the tail of his old adversary, the infamous Jonny Moon, a dangerous and
volatile criminal who will stop at nothing to get his way.
When
a civilian is kidnapped and tortured by Moon’s associates after a botched
surveillance operation, Burrows knows he’s in deep water. Not only must he track
down Moon, and deal with a mole in the ranks – he must do all this without Moon
finding out who he is. Or who his partner, Jane Lee, is – the officer who, last
time they met, showed him that he’s not invincible.
A
New Menace is a taut thriller, an exciting tale of covert surveillance, lies,
deception and double agents.
